Office Cleaning Staff

What are we looking for

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and service-minded Office Cleaning Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, professionalism, and a proactive approach to maintaining a clean, welcoming, and well-functioning office environment for employees, clients, and visitors.

Your Responsibilities

Perform daily cleaning tasks across our office buildings (rooms, common areas, meeting spaces, bathrooms, kitchens, corridors)
Handle office laundry (e.g., towels, uniforms, kitchen cloths) when applicable
Restock and monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and materials
Follow departmental policies, including all safety and sanitation regulations
Maintain and safeguard cleaning equipment and ensure proper functionality
Report any maintenance issues, damages, or irregularities to supervisors
Ensure confidentiality when working in office and administrative areas
Support additional cleaning tasks as needed (e.g., events)
Communicate effectively with colleagues for smooth daily coordination
Collaborate with Facility Management when required

You are/have

Proven experience in professional cleaning (office environment preferred; hotel experience also considered)
Strong understanding of hygiene and cleanliness standards
Good organizational and time-management skills
High level of responsibility, discretion, and reliability
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Friendly, professional demeanor with a customer-oriented mindset
English (B2 level), German nice to have
Eligibility to work in Switzerland
