HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist (60% - 80%)

What are we looking for
We are seeking a hands-on HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist to strengthen our HR team. In this role, you will combine operational HR responsibilities with talent acquisition and contribute to strategic HR projects. You will join a small, collaborative, and supportive environment where your work will have a direct impact, both in shaping meaningful projects and in bringing outstanding future talent to our organisation. This is an on-site position, based in Zollikon, ZH.
Your Responsibilities
  • Manage HR and Recruiting inboxes, ensuring timely responses to employees, candidates, and external stakeholders
  • Handle the full personnel administration cycle, including employment contracts, references, social insurance administration, and HR correspondence
  • Act as first point of contact for employees on HR-related topics (e.g. social insurance, accident reports, HR systems)
  • Independently manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including drafting job descriptions, posting job ads, conducting interviews, background checks, and preparing contracts
  • Actively identify, approach, and engage suitable candidates through direct sourcing methods to build strong talent pipelines
  • Support the HR Director in HR projects, employee career development initiatives, education programmes, and continuous process improvements
  • Maintain and update HR tools and databases, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines
  • Prepare HR-related statistics, evaluations, and reports for management
  • Monitor relevant employment regulations and social insurance requirements; liaise with authorities where necessary
  • Actively contribute to a collaborative team culture by substituting colleagues during absence and taking a flexible, hands-on approach
You are/have
  • Commercial apprenticeship (KV) with HR Assistant certificate (HRSE) and/or higher HR education
  • 5+ years of professional experience in Human Resources, including proven recruitment and direct sourcing expertise
  • Fluency in English (minimum C1 level); advanced German skills are an asset
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and strong IT affinity; experience with HR software/ATS. AI tools are an advantage
  • Team player with a flexible, proactive approach and strong attention to detail
  • Enthusiastic, with excellent interpersonal skills, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
