IT & Security Manager

What are we looking for
As IT & Security Manager, you are responsible for ensuring the performance, security, and availability of our IT systems and infrastructure. In our exclusive, discreet, and client-focused setting, you will support clinical, operational, and hospitality teams on site with reliable, secure, and efficient IT solutions. You ensure that our technology environment upholds the highest standards of confidentiality, responsiveness, and service excellence.
Your Responsibilities
  • Directly managing and performing the day-to-day operations of our IT infrastructure, systems, and support services on site
  • Ensure the stability, security, and performance of systems used by clinical and operational teams
  • Manage our networks, servers, cloud services, workstations, mobile devices, and core applications
  • Coordinate and supervise IT service providers; manage service contracts and technical support
  • Respond swiftly and discreetly to user support requests, ensuring smooth internal operations
  • Monitor and mitigate cybersecurity risks; implement appropriate technical safeguards (firewalls, access control, secure remote access, encryption, etc.)
  • Maintain business continuity and disaster recovery readiness across all systems
  • Ensure data security and system access are managed in accordance with Swiss data security laws
  • Support the onboarding and offboarding of staff from an IT perspective (devices, access, confidentiality)
  • Maintain clear documentation of systems, user manuals, and procedures
  • Stay informed about technology trends relevant to healthcare, hospitality, and data security
  • Build and manage budgets for IT on a continuous basis
  • Manage the core stack across ERP, CRM, EHR/EMR and other cloud solutions
You are/have
  • A university degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in IT systems management, ideally in a healthcare or high-end service environment
  • A service-minded attitude, with excellent communication and discretion
  • Solid knowledge of infrastructure, security protocols, and modern cloud-based systems
  • Experience with enterprise software and collaboration tools (e.g. Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and management of CRM and ERP)
  • A self-directed professional with a high level of ownership
  • Experience with endpoint protection, mobile device management, secure access controls
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities calmly and reliably
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality, particularly around sensitive client and company data
  • Experience working with external IT providers; fluent in English and German
  • Security certifications (e.g. CISSP, Security+, Microsoft/AWS) are a strong asset
  • Eligibility to work in Switzerland
