What are we looking for
As our Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), you will be responsible for developing and delivering revenue targets that drive growth, ensure client acquisition and retention, and optimize the overall commercial performance of The Kusnacht Practice. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization through leadership excellence, commercial innovation and a deep understanding of our clientele. 

Our clients are Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals (UHNWIs) who seek the highest standards in our niche business, focusing on addiction and mental health. As such, we are looking for a leader who not only brings commercial acumen, but also possesses the sensitivity and discretion required to navigate this unique target group.
Your Responsibilities
  • Ensure revenue targets are met
  • Developimplement and manage a long-term commercial strategy that delivers sustainable and compelling growth
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities, develop commercial models, and leverage technology (e.g., CRM systems)
  • Identifyestablish, and strengthen key partnerships with external stakeholders
  • Continuously monitor the competitive landscape to enhance strategic positioning and to maintain a competitive edge in a market-leading position
  • Deliver regular updates and monthly performance reports to the CEO, highlighting commercial results, market trends, and strategic initiatives
  • Oversee and lead all activities within the Commercial scope including Sales, Marketing, and Business Development
  • Ensure that all commercial strategies are aligned with the expectations and needs of UHNWIs, preserving and enhancing The Kusnacht Practice’s reputation for exclusivity and excellence
  • Build high-performing commercial teams (Sales, Marketing, BD) with the required skill sets and capabilities to ensure the team's success
You are/have
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
  • minimum of 8 years of experience in a commercial leadership role, ideally within the Healthcare or Luxury Hospitality sectors. Consulting experience is a plus, especially if it includes relevant projects in these industries
  • Deep understanding of the expectations and needs of UHNWIs
  • Strong commercial and technological acumen, combined with a data-driven, analytical mindset
  • A strategic thinker with a hands-on, detail-oriented approach to implementation - such as rolling out and optimizing CRM systems
  • Proven ability to negotiate at senior levels and build trust with sophisticated, global clientele and stakeholders
  • Track record of building and leading high-performing, dynamic, and collaborative teams
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and fostering long-term client relationships
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written) is a mustproficiency in other languages (e.g. German) is an advantage
  • High degree of flexibility, adaptability, and emotional intelligence
  • Willingness to work on-site at our beautiful lakeside office five days per week (100% on-site role)
  • Eligibility to work in Switzerland
